1 AND 2 COLOR
We offer 1 and 2 color (Spot) printing. We use Pamnton® color system standards for color mixing. In spot color printing, the specific colors are prepared and then apply to printing press for printing. In this process the color precision is high and exact, since we prepare the ink before printing start.
We offer full color printing. This method uses four basic colors of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black (CMYK) to produce desired colors. With this method there is no color mixing like spot color; some colors that are created successfully on Pantone color system do not translate correctly in four color process.
We offer large format printing. from one poster or banner to thousands. Posters, Banners, Adhesive Vinyl, Car Magnet, Fabric Banner, Flags, Mounted Canvas, Table Cover, window cover and more.
Sometimes you need to promote you company in a different way or as part of branding strategy you want to give away products with your name in a convention or show so visitors can remember you by. Hats, T-shirt, Mugs, pens, CD and CD cover...
The technology for printing industry has evolved from a basic process to more sophisticated, technical and efficient process. with introduction of computer to the printing industry few decades ago, it has drastically changed the way the printing works. With advances in technology printing process has become more accurate and efficient while keeping the cost same or lower than before. about a decade ago if someone wanted a full color business card the cost would have been 10 times more than what it is today.
At competeware, we offer both custom and full color printing. Not all projects are suited for full color process as some other projects may not be suitable for 1 and 2 color printing. The process of 1 and 2 color printing involves with preparing the ink color prior to inking the printing press for printing. This is more suitable for either the colors that cannot be achieved by four color process or the project is too small for a large four color press. The four color process (Full Color Printing) involves with using 4 basic colors (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black - CMYK) with different ratio to create all possible colors. due to range of color gamut of these four basic colors, certain colors are not successfully achievable. As the result either spot color printing process is used or that specific color is printed as the fifth color by same principle as used in spot color printing.
